Thinking big is part of OceaNZ Blue DNA – the company’s goal is to produce 250 tonne of saleable abalone (paua) each year making it by far the largest abalone farming facility in New Zealand and one of the biggest in the world. It’s on track to achieve that growth, already spawning and settling 150,000 abalone each month and expecting production of 70 tonnes this year.
