Stable Funding Discussion - moving into phase 2, 3-5 year plan

The Foundation is moving to the next stage of the Stable Funding Environment that began with negotiated contracts in some areas in 2006. We have issued a second consultation document – ‘Developing the 3-5 year rolling plan for negotiated platforms'– setting out a framework for discussion. The purpose of the paper is to provide information and encourage discussion on how the Foundation will work with stakeholders to develop a rolling plan for the negotiation of research platforms.
