An independent audit will be taken when appropriate to establish whether a failure of process has occurred. A brief audit report will be provided to the Foundation
's Chief Executive for decision making.
If the Chief Executive believes there has not been a failure in the application process, the applicant will be informed within 20 working days of the receipt of the written complaint.
If the Chief Executive agrees there has been a failure in the process, the relevant advisory group will reconsider the proposal.
The advisory group’s recommendation will be taken to the next Investment Sub-committee meeting and the applicant will be informed of the result as soon as possible.
