The TechNZ programme is designed to support companies undertaking research and development projects that result in new products, processes or services.
You can find overviews of our seven funding schemes below:
- Technology For Business Growth (TBG) partially funds the costs of a research and development project.
- Collectives helps Māori, iwi, hapu or other tribal groups to evaluate and unlock the potential of their collective resources and assets through a research and development project.
- Technology Internship (TIF Undergraduate) supports undergraduate students to do a research and development project in innovative companies.
- Technology Fellowship (TIF Education) supports research by postgraduate students in innovative companies.
- Technology Expert (TIF Expert) partially funds the costs of an expert to work in the company on a research and development project.
- TechNet (NZ expert access) helps you access expertise from local universities and crown research institutes.
We also provide the following service:
- Global Expert locates pre-screened experts who can solve a broad range of business problems.
