More than 400 guests celebrated cutting edge scientific innovation in New Zealand at the MacDiarmid Young Scientists of the Year Awards Gala Dinner on 14 August at Sky City.

Hosted by the Foundation? for Research, Science and Technology, together with principal sponsor Fisher & Paykel Appliances, the glitzy awards ceremony and gala dinner was a chance for winners to showcase their ground-breaking research to industry leaders.
